I am passionate about empowering you through all aspects of your pregnancy and parenting journey. In your 1:1 pregnancy or postpartum coaching program, we can work through your challenges and worries in this new phase of life so that you can confidently deliver and care for baby!

I also offer virtual lactation consultations if you are looking for just some 1:1 support for feeding your baby. This service comes with a 1-hour initial session and 30-minute follow-up to discuss your concerns, work through goal setting, and identify solutions for your breastfeeding, pumping, and supplementing needs.
